Roofing in Dublin, OH
This is the Dublin, OH hub on RoofingLists — a directory, not a contractor website. Open a service page for the quote form. Dublin requests stay with A Team Contracting. Paid spots, when they exist, are labeled.
Dublin is a northwest Columbus suburb in Franklin County, with Union and Delaware edges, along the Scioto River around Muirfield Village, Historic Dublin, and Bridge Park. Later subdivisions and I-270 / US-33 office-park streets replace the tight German Village lots. AEP Ohio is the usual electric utility on the bill.
Later colonials, two-stories, and Muirfield-area stock on wider lots than inner-city Columbus, plus newer Bridge Park and office-park-adjacent roofs on the I-270 edge. Mostly architectural shingles on 1980s–2010s houses; Historic Dublin along the river has older pitches, but slate leftovers are far less common than Clintonville or German Village. Central Ohio freeze–thaw and ice still wear flashing; open northwest lots and office-park edges catch more wind than a tree-lined German Village alley. Ice dams show up where attic ventilation is weak after a hard freeze.
A Muirfield or Bridge Park-adjacent roof is a different shade and access problem than a German Village two-story, even when both sit on AEP Ohio. We do not invent a Dublin-only dollar figure.
